Items will be shipped via Fedex. Additional shipping charges might apply when shipping to an APO/FPO address. Fedex will attempt to deliver three times. If you miss all three of these attempts, then Fedex will hold your package for seven days and also send you a postcard to inform you of its arrival. If you fail to collect this package within the set period then it will get returned to us. Paintballgodz.com will hold your package for fifteen days. Please note that if this happens we will charge you for re-shipping. If you fail to collect you package within fifteen days then you shall forfeit your rights to the items and they will be ours.

Due to credit card rules, ALL orders must be shipped to the billing address on file with your bank

If no insurance is selected, Paintballgodz.com will not be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen merchandise (etc). If no insurance is selected fedex packages will be shipped with only USD 100.00 insured, USPS packages will have no insurance. Claims on packages regarding missing items must be made within one business week of packages arrival.

*For any orders to the united states above USD 150.00 free shipping is offered. Only a USD $5 handling charge is applied. Certain items are excluded from this offer. These items include but are not limited to paintballs, Tippmann markers and oversized packages. All shipping costs are estimated. If any additional charge is incurred then it will be billed later. Please email Paintballgodz.com for any additional rates or extra services. Paintballs are excluded from Free Shipping.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. In rare occasions, it may take up to a week for your order to ship. Typically you will be informed if there is a delay.  

Shipping to APO/FPO is done by Priority Mail only.

SHIPPING POLICY

A. All items are typically shipped within 24-48 hours from receipt of order (excluding weekends). We will notify you of any unanticipated delays.

B. Paintballgodz.com reserves the right to adjust shipping charges in the event that they are not calculated correctly at the time of your order.

C. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the item(s), and if you choose Fedex, include $100 insurance, handling, and packaging charges are also including in the cost.

D. Please email us, and we will happily supply you with an exact quote for shipping charges.

F. If we only have part of your order ready to ship, we will wait till we can get all items ready and then ship them in one package to save money, unless specified by the customer. Typically we have all items on the site in stock.

G. Will I have to pay Customs fees or taxes on international orders? This depends on your country. We cannot know the taxe laws of all countries. Shipping fees do not include any applicable customs fees or taxes. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.
